MY Story

Hi, I’m Ashley Greene, founder of Emerald Strength.

With over 20 years of experience in fitness, athletic development, and longevity, I’ve helped hundreds of athletes and professionals go beyond what they thought possible - physically and mentally. My background in kinesiology, along with advanced certifications in golf fitness and nutrition, gives me the tools to create lasting results for my clients.

But Emerald Strength is about more than just training. My journey was shaped by personal loss and a deep understanding of mental health struggles. I grew up in a loving home, but one deeply affected by my mother’s battle with mental illness. Her tragic loss to suicide gave me a profound purpose - to help others build strength, clarity, and resilience from the inside out.

Emerald Strength was created to guide people toward becoming the strongest version of themselves - mentally, physically, and emotionally. This is where science meets soul, and where you’ll find the power to move through life with energy, intention, and freedom.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about Emerald Strength and our services.

1. What kind of results can I expect from your programs?

Our programs help you build sustainable strength, improve mobility, reduce pain, and feel more confident in your body. Results vary based on consistency, but you can expect to feel stronger, more energized, and more connected to your movement within a few weeks.

2. Should I be “fit” or athletic to start?

Not at all. Whether you're just beginning or you’ve been active for years, our programs meet you where you are. Every workout is designed with progressions and modifications to honor your starting point.

3. What equipment do I need?

Your program will be built around the equipment you already have — and what you're willing (or able) to invest in. I’ll always give you recommendations, but I also understand that sometimes you start with what you’ve got. Whether it’s a full home setup or just a couple of dumbbells and a mat, we’ll make it work.

4. What if I have injuries or chronic pain?

You’re not alone — I’ve built these programs with mobility and injury support in mind. You’ll find modifications, mobility flows, and coaching options that help you move through discomfort with care and confidence.

5. Are these programs self-paced or coached?

Both! You can start at your own pace or join a coached option for accountability, check-ins, and extra support. We’ll match the structure to your lifestyle.

I’m busy — how much time do I need each week?

Workouts are efficient and intentional — most are 30–45 minutes, including warm-up and recovery. I also share time-saving tools and planning tips to help you stay consistent, even on your busiest weeks.
